YouTube aktuálně rozesílá e-mail, ve kterém informuje o blížící se změně podmínek používání služby. Kromě několika drobných změn se do nich dostala i část, kde si služba nechává možnost smazat nevýdělečné účty. To by samo o sobě nebylo nic zajímavého, k takovýmto změnám dochází pravidelně.
